I highly recommend Moksh of Ray White. With him, the entire process has been so smooth and stress free. Our property was opened for our first viewing (Saturday) and by Monday someone already applied and paid the deposit at the same day with our asking rental fee. These guys are just amazing. The property was advertised towards the weekend and open for inspection on Saturday. With the first inspection the property gotten a tenant. I had an absolutely appalling experience with this agency, which demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism, a total disregard for Victorian tenancy laws, and zero respect for renters. When applying, the SALES manager explicitly told me not to disclose my pet, claiming it wasn’t required on the new forms. Knowing the law, I insisted on disclosing it anyway, as failing to do so gives the landlord grounds to apply to VCAT.
