Black n White performed the tasks as scheduled during contract. They were very responsive and punctual. There was a bump in one of the tasks they performed but they tried their best. Every crew member knew what they were doing. Mainly, the project manager, David did a fantastic job in managing the entire project. The project started and ended on time - which is a big plus these days. I will recommend them to anyone without reservation
Everything about this company and crew was exceptional to include wearing their masks, being polite, constantly asking questions to validate our needs, demonstrating their intent before they did everything to make sure it met our expectations. I'll save the people checking BBB for a contractor in the Maryland area some time. They should look no further than Black and White K&B. They are the contractors you want. Sure, get another estimate for peace of mind, but they will not do better. Not only did they do a professional job but they paid very good attention to detail. The price was right also.
