A great place to work out! Patrick is a very knowledgeable coach who is always good at explaining the reason behind the work out. The facility is clean and organized. I love the open feeling and natural light. Would recommend!

Patrick was my personal trainer for some time. We had a personal relationship prior to him training me but that didn't get in the way of Patrick treating me like any other client. Firm yet supportive while helping me reach my fitness goals. It really seemed like Patrick was solely focused on the plan he made for me, everything else appeared to take a backseat to him being there to help me.
