Socks is a wonderful coach. She teaches new tricks and gets us to learn new things and makes us have progress. The other coaches like Lauren when I take the classes would make me feel as if I don’t belong there because I’m considered to them as a “beginner” but I know multiple tricks already and they make me do beginner level skills when I believe I’m in level 2, not yet advanced but know new tricks and can learn them if trained properly … mind you I’ve been here for quite a while more than 6 months. wanted to try out another studio since I am looking for more studios out in the IEA that I am unfamiliar with. Unfortunately I’ve been to more inclusive and welcoming studios. The atmosphere and how welcoming a studio is has been what has gotten me to love pole and continue to gain skills as an athlete. I will continue to do what I love elsewhere.

I love this studio. I can go on and on about the good this studio brings to my life, but I’ll state a select few. I love that the instructors are non-judgmental. No matter what level you’re at in pole, they embrace you. I’m personally always in my head and overthink every move, but the instructions never criticize me. They coach me. My self-confidence has grown dramatically since I’ve taken their classes.
