Everyone was so nice and welcoming at the salon. However I’m not pleased with the services I received. I specifically told my stylist I wanted pink/magenta. Yet I was given this color that is basically red that fades into the pink I already had in my hair? This is just after two washes. Not to mention that my scalp was EXTREMELY irritated dry/flaky after it was bleached too close to the root. After requesting a partial refund I was told I had to go back in so she could see it. Mandie is amazing! Intuitive hair artist and loc specialist. Mandie will be my hair person until I'm an old chrone.
Brenda did a fantastic job cutting my hair, and was very welcoming and personable. It was a great experience all around. She was very attentive to what I wanted out of the haircut, and made sure I was happy with the outcome at the end making adjustments at the end after I had a chance to check how I felt about the cut. I ended up with one of the best bob length hair cuts I've had.
Mandie is amazing! She does my festival hair every year, she cuts and does fun colors with my kids hair. She also does wonders with curly hair. I would highly recommend her!
I'm absolutely in love with this salon. I have been struggling with my granddaughter's hair due to dried out curls. Mandi did an amazing job with my busy body five year old. We will definitely be back.
