Court at Black Tulip salon is awesome. She is friendly, down to earth, and she definitely knows how to do hair! I had my hair trimmed, face framing and coloring with lowlights/highlights done. I was thrilled with the outcome! She has a return customer. Thank vou Court!

I was in Holland for a family trip after I had already been traveling for a week. Mandie is patient, attentive to detail and so much fun. I have fine hair and I won't style it for anything. We talked through a drastically alternative style from my long, chestnut hair to a bleached mullet/mohawk mane-- all based on a screenshot of an album cover. Mandie nailed it and then some, talking me through her process the entire way. I finally understand how toner works! 6/5 💫 Exceptional service.
