I am unsatisfied with the finished product of my tattoo. We felt like we were not listened to. I wanted a pretty yellow cabbage rose and got a weird flower with more leaves then petals and a mean blue face in the middle. They are calling it a "traditional American rose", which may be true but is not what I asked for and it is not pretty. The owner, Daniel, was very responsive to my complaint and willing to try to fix it even though it has been 2 years. I appreciate and respect the right business response to the complaint.
I’ve gotten tattoos from Daniel and Josh, and I have an appointment booked with Danielle to get my eyebrows done soon. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and I plan on coming back for more tattoos in the future. Highly recommend this shop!
