I had an install appt scheduled with the Hooksett, NH location on 8/30 for over 2 weeks. I waited outside this location for 30 minutes on a Saturday morning and no one ever called, emailed or came to the door or shop. This is the 3rd time with this business. Do not waste your time or money on the business. They are soooooooo unprofessional and do not deserve to be in business. Go somewhere else, like Traffic Jamz in Hooksett. They treat their customers with respect.

I was referred to Black tie tint by another reputable establishment. Very pleased with the professionalism and prompt service! Great location. Excellent atmosphere and great people! I will definitely be returning for any future work.
I have had 2 vehicles done at this business. First one was 4 windows and a rear windshield of my Genesis g70. Second vehicle was both front windows of my Tahoe. Both times the finished result has been top tier. They’re a pleasure to work with, excellent communication, and reasonably priced!
I'm very disappointed. I called over a week ago to make an appointment to have my windows tinted. Talked to the owner and got a price on putting 20% on my suv, and I also wanted to get the 5% sun strip. He quoted me a reasonable price, and I asked if I could drop it off before they open. So we dropped it off this past Sunday for my appointment tonight. Today, while I was at work, he tried to call me, and I don't have my phone on me while working.
