The staff at Black Tie is awesome and the skis were fantastic too! Having a location right at the base of the mountain was so convenient, in addition to them coming to the condo for drop off and pick up of our skis. Highly recommend!
I've been using Black Tie for 3 or 4 years now, and the team is awesome - fitting skis is quick and efficient, and the new setup at the base of the gondola is super convenient.
Excellent service from booking to return of equipment! Everything was so easy and equipment was delivered to our condo in Jackson Hole and then stored at the base of the mountain so we didn't have to worry about taking ours or our kids' equipment back and forth every day which made the trip so easy and enjoyable! Highly recommend in Jackson Hole!!
