WORST experience I have ever had renting out a house. I have lived in multiple rentals, and this by far was the worst. Jody was our landlord and she was completely unprofessional and rude! No idea how she even got hired to do such work. When we came for our initial walk-thru of the house rental to see if we wanted it or not, there were some things we asked to be taken care of so we wouldn't get blame.
