Long wait outside on a Sunday afternoon out in the snowy weather. Our 4 group order came out incorrect and food got cold by the time they fixed it. Our shakes that we ordered first came after we had already finished our dinner because they were short staffed. Great atmosphere and the shakes are amazing...just poor service.
The Cookie Shake was Amazing!!!!!! I am going back.

I love burgers and Black Tap burgers are the best I've had in a while !!!!!! The milkshakes are out of this world extremely happy I was able to celebrate my 20th with them THANK YOU !!!
