My session with Barbara Palmisano at Black Swan Health on 6 October 2025 left me feeling judged and unsupported. From the beginning, it was clear she had already formed an opinion about me. Her focus on my prescribed medication was unprofessional and showed an obvious bias, she didn’t even try to hide it.
