Update July 10 - Shawn came to teach me how to use the fireplace today, amazing guy and an amazing team at Black Swan. Just wanted to give a shout out to the crew at Black Swan in New Milford. I purchased a Pellet Insert from Black Swan in Newtown Connecticut. I couldn't be more satisfied dealing with Tyler who is Top Notch! Tyler is a true professional, he went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. I have also had the pleasure of dealing with Bob, Forest and Bonnie who are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Black Swan for all your fireplace needs.

Tyler from Black Swan helped schedule a tech out to my house to help me figure out what’s that smell coming from an old unit. We were able to identify the issue and gave me peace of mind moving forward! Turns out a mouse had found its way in the back panel. I will be using black swan again in the future when it’s time to buy a new unit!
Black Swan in New Milford, Connecticut is totally top-notch. I had issues with my defiant, wood-burning stove, and customer service literally stay in contact with me assured me the new pieces were being delivered ASAP. Two days later my stove is up in burning wood just as it was supposed too. The technician was fast courteous, and swapped out the default problem in less than a half an hour.
