We hired Gabrielle as our wedding planner but unfortunately had a conflict come up a few weeks later (through no fault of her own) that prevented us from sticking with her. She handled the situation with grace and integrity, where I doubt few other vendors would have. In the time we worked together her knowledge and experience shone through. I highly recommend her to anyone.
Gabrielle was phenomenal to work with, she was supportive and helpful through the whole process. Her communication was thorough and she was so detailed and organized from the first day we met her through our big day. She made our visions come to life for our big day so seamlessly, she was truly wonderful to work with for planning the most important day of our lives. I highly recommend her services for your event, whatever you need for your big day she’s got you.
WOW! Gabrielle is amazing. She is attentive, professional, thoughtful and assertive. She has excellent management skills. She connected us with vendors that exactly matched our needs and price point. She listened closely to what we wanted our wedding to be like, and made it happen. I worked with Gabrielle of Black Swan events, for my recent (July 2022) wedding at the World Forestry Center. She was competent, calming when I was stressed and did a great job making sure everything went smoothly day-of. My decorations were all set up and packed up properly, she coordinated with the caterer and the venue so I didn't have to worry at all that evening.
