100% recommend Jamie at Black Swan drainage, Honest, friendly, reliable and polite. He cleared my blocked cellar drain and finally managed it after a lot of determination. He also reminds me when it's time to get my gutters done without needing prompting!
Just moved to the area and survey showed outside drains had collapsed. Jamie and his Son met us at the house before we moved in, surveyed the drains, provided a quote and completed the work two days after we moved in. We cannot fault this company, friendly, fast and super efficient and all at a superb price. They continued working despite the weather in the wettest February. Thank you Black Swan Drainage we are happy to recommend you to anyone.
I would like to give a 5* review for the fantastic service which Black Swan Drainage provided for me today. The father and son team were great at unblocking the sewer/drain from my toilet. They showed me where the blockage was using their drain camera and showed that everything was cleared after. They were neat and tidied up after and were most professional. Finally, they were very fairly priced. I will definitely use them again. I have no hesitation in recommending Black Swan Drainage to anyone with a drainage problem.
I have had a problem with a smelly drain in my en-suite for a couple of months and after much self investigation....I could not get to the root of the problem. Jamie turned up in less than half an hour after my calling. Even though it was relatively simple to clear our blockage, he and his colleague undertook a thorough camera inspection of our drains both towards the house plus the road and rodded where a couple of gutters went into our path. Very happy to recommend.
