Amazing from start to finish, Called up at lunchtime and they were with me by 3. They used their equipment to check my drains and discovered they were blocked with roots so used their jet machine to clean them as they were completely blocked. Talked me through all that was happening , great communication. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Black Swan Drainage. We had an issue with our drains. Jamie was really quick at coming to look at it and diagnosed the issue which was a collapsed rest bend which needed replacing. The job was done very efficiently, no mess afterwards at all reasonable price. We were very happy with their work and as a result also got the gutters cleaned and our patio cleaned and treated. It looks like new now. Would definitely use them again! Jamie is great at communicating and really friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Jamie from Black Swan Drainage owns is own company and knows his business. He asks all the right questions to get the job done properly and swiftly. No hidden charges unlike some of franchise outfits. A van full of everything to do whatever he comes across and for the set fee, what more could you ask for. If you’ve got a drain problem he’s your man, no fuss and very experienced.
