Can't recommend Jamie and his son highly enough. Had a blocked drain from kitchen out into garden over the weekend, emailed him over the weekend using the email address on their website and Jamie replied same day, and came the next working day. Service was outstanding. Highly recommended.

I really appreciated the quick service - Jamie and Jake were able to come the same afternoon. Jamie gave me a clear explanation of what he was doing and also explained their pricing for the job before commencing work so I knew what to expect, and gave me advice on how to avoid the same thing happening in the future. Jamie and Jake were friendly and transparent - I would recommend the Black Swan drainage team!

Excellent service! I don’t normally leave reviews unless there is good reason, but I was really impressed today. The downstairs toilet was backing up and there was clearly a blockage somewhere in the sewage pipe. Jamie arrived within the hour and very quickly rectified the initial blockage, but then went through a very thorough inspection and found that roots had grown into the sewage pipe. Jamie responded to my enquiry within a few minutes to assess the issues I was having and came over the next day. He problem solved the 3 different issues I was experiencing with my rainwater drainage, quickly and effectively. Highly recommended!
