I recently had my car wrapped at Black Star Studios, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. Their customer service is honestly top-tier - they respond to texts and calls almost instantly, and they make you feel genuinely taken care of from start to finish. Their attitude toward customers is good and their responses are prompt; however, their tinting skills do not meet that level. I recently had all of my windows tinted. Due to dust bubble issues, I received a reinstallation, but the problem was not resolved. I can still see multiple dust bubbles on all of the windows, and they also damaged my permanent water-repellent coating on the windows.

Absolutely amazing place. Very high end and professional job. I got my car wrapped, windows tinted and ceramic coating done all at one time. The owner is very polite, punctual and extremely professional. I am very happy with the service here and will definitely be back. I Recommend this place to anyone who wants professional and high quality work done on their vehicle.
