Definitely the place to go if you want mold in your attic. Bought a townhome in 2014 that had the entire complex's roof done by these guys. First of all, they didn't do a tear off, but put plywood on top of the existing roof. There was so much debris left over in the attic, as well. Guess the building went with the lowest bid, so you get what you paid for. At any rate, they closed up all the roof vents with the plywood and installed ridge venting.
