My new favorite spot. The beers are insanely good and the staff is beyond lovable. ~1 year later edit- Still a nice spot but not nearly as comfortable to hang out there. It's gotten crowded (congrats, I guess!), and the staff has cycled out to a whole new group with different philosophies. Definitely go early on a Monday.

One of the best 'trendy craft beer pubs' I have ever been to. The beer, the art and the music are the best. Don't change a thing except that poor arcade fire video that just keeps going and going and going . . . ha ha unless of course you are shooting for the guiness book of records for the longest time looping an arcade fire video. Go for the gusto , aye.
