Rory’s class Monday night was one of my favorite classes I have ever had the pleasure of taking. I would highly recommend her classes to anyone looking for a challenging, yet manageable flow with variations provided for different levels.
I went to hot yoga for the first time yesterday and was a little nervous but I might be addicted now. Environment is very clean and the instructors are so friendly and supportive. Rory’s class was challenging but at the end I felt so refreshed and ready for the week. She was so encouraging and in tune with everyone’s skill level and just made the class feel so rewarding, definitely will be returning!
I have always been referred to by my family as “allergic to exercise”.. that is until I tried Black Sheep. I am absolutely addicted to their classes and the environment of the studio. I feel a new sense of pride and self worth ever since joining black sheep. My family is shocked and proud as they never saw this for me.. lol. I am so lucky to have found this studio. THE best studio around! The classes are amazing and the instructors are even better, with fun and new workouts every class, and awesome people, I’m so obsessed with black sheep. The infrared classes are my favorite. You’re sure to leave sweaty, sore and feeling your best. MY FAVORITE! 🤸♂️
Blake Sheep is an amazing environment to work out in. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the doors. Whether you’re looking to relieve stress or get a total ass-kicking workout, this is the place for you. Highly recommend!
