I have always been referred to by my family as “allergic to exercise”.. that is until I tried Black Sheep. I am absolutely addicted to their classes and the environment of the studio. THE best studio around! The classes are amazing and the instructors are even better, with fun and new workouts every class, and awesome people, I’m so obsessed with black sheep. The infrared classes are my favorite. You’re sure to leave sweaty, sore and feeling your best. MY FAVORITE! 🤸♂️
Blake Sheep is an amazing environment to work out in. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the doors. Whether you’re looking to relieve stress or get a total ass-kicking workout, this is the place for you. Highly recommend!
