At the community Olympics this year the tug of war team from this gym kept up a near constant commentary on the weight, body shape, and perceived athletic performance of the competing teams. Regardless of how the rest of the staff and trainers act while in the gym, I will never set foot in a place that has patrons/staff members who judge fellow community members based on appearance.
I can’t say enough great things about this gym. The community here is truly everything. I’ve known some of these amazing people since 2012 when I first started, and over the years they’ve become such an important part of my life. This is more than just a place to work out—it’s a place that motivates you, energizes you, and gives you a real sense of belonging. What I like about the gym is the awesome community. The community is super motivating and the people there push you to be better. It has really helped me build confidence and work ethic. The training there is awesome because it has helped me improve on things I need to improve on like my speed and explosiveness and overall athleticism. I see a big difference before and after coming to 1Body sports performance and fitness.
