I can’t say enough good things about Valerie. Absolutely treats your specific issues and I always feel very relaxed and centered when I leave. Community acupuncture is a great concept and makes it affordable for all.
Val really has a gift. I'm not sure how she juggles so many people and makes it look so effortless! I always feel so much better after visiting Black Sheep and I am thankful I found my way there!

Yesterday was my son's first visit for acute sesamoiditis. Nothing else has worked to lessen the pain. He is headed back today with less pain for treatment #2. Valerie is amazing!!
I was skeptical at first but was in severe chronic pain from a pinched nerve in my neck that I was spending the days in tears. Trying to work, or do anything for that matter, was unbearable. A friend recommended Valerie, and I almost didn't go only because it was a 45 minute ride from work and 25 from my house, but I went and kept going and it is definitely worth the drive. Valerie is very caring and welcoming. She always has a smile and is just a genuine compassionate person.
