RecommendedStarted seeing Valerie for back pain. Helped a great deal..now helping with neck discomfort, sleep and foot pain. Love my 1/2 hour nap but most of all consider Valerie a friend and love just catching up every week!!

Valerie is AMAZING! I'm a high energy/high stress individual with anxiety and sometimes stress headaches. Since going to see Valerie 2-3 times a month, I've been able to stay much calmer with less stress and anxiety. The 30-50 minutes in the chair not only sooth any tension but help me regain focus and sleep better at night. Plus I get a little power nap at her tranquil sanctuary and leave feeling recharged and energized. Can't wait until she's able to reopen!! ♥️
