Had an appointment tried cancelling.(I knew I would get charged the deposit). Tried calling and emailing no response to accept my cancellation. Got charged 38 dollars the next day. So 48$ for a male haircut I never received.
I remember getting my hair cut with Jin since forever until he moved. Luckily I met Stephanie who has been doing my hair since. And I couldn’t be more happy to see both of them at the same salon now! Both Jin and Stephanie are the only people I trust with my now grown out curly hair! The difference between them and other salons I’ve been too. Is they understand u personally. Stephanie has been my hair stylist for years now! She always exceeds my expectations for my hair, whether it cutting or dying it. I always highly recommend her. My hair has also gotten healthier bc of her! As we Hispanics say, she has a great hand for cutting hair bc NEVER fails, every time she cuts it grows back sooo fast!
