Kenedy Shawn was amazing! She took the time to explain everything and her recommendations and it turned out perfect! She was very attentive and it turned out exactly what I was hoping for with blending and highlighting! She's fantastic, highly recommend!!!
I’ve never written a bad review for a business and make it a rule not to, but my experience here was terrible. I just moved from NW Portland to Oregon city and was hoping to find a new salon. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in and sat for about 5 minutes until someone acknowledged my presence. Once they did ask why I was sitting in their salon, I let them know I was there for a hair cut. Excellent services!! I would choose Estera Tiprigan again and again to take care of my hair.
I’m very aware my hair is damaged can anyone at this salon be brave enough to still do my hair it needs root touch color correction and tone.
