Black Rock Underground LLC is a fantastic company to work with! Initially we met with owner Cory Moore and Operations Manager Drew McVey, and were impressed with their professionalism and scope of knowledge. As a property inspector, I have a lot of experience with sewer companies. I can say firsthand that Britt, Cory, and the rest of the Blackrock team are by far the most professional, responsive, and straight-shooting sewer companies that I have encountered in the Portland metro area. I would personally trust them with any project. Highly, highly recommend.
The guys just left and this area appears almost undisturbed. They were friendly and professional. We ran into city obstacles, and they managed to overcome the issue. Worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company. They are top notch!
TLDR: great company with great people who do great work! Story time: the rain gutter hasn't been draining to the curb, and during heavy rains it would gush back near the front door where the down spout meets the in-ground drain pipe. Called West Side Drain & Noble Septic (another good company recommended by my plumber) couldn't clear it with waterjetting, the camera scope showed pretty much a solid root mass, and recommended Blackrock.
