I used to rent a property managed by Black Rock Symmetry Construction and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. As a mother, I was constantly worried about my kids’ safety. The electricity would go out regularly, and we’d be left sitting in the dark for hours, waiting on someone (if anyone even showed up) to come turn it back on. Grandfather lived at one of their locations on market st summit hill for 20 plus years. An old school man who knows him. Always paid bills. Anyways after 20 plus years they don’t like the amount of rent he pays so they gave him 90 days cause they don’t want to renew his lease. Why huh so we can slap a fresh coat of paint and charge 1400 instead of 1000. Let’s kick a 89yr old out cause of $400 you guys are the lowest form of life on earth.
