Taylor was amazing! It was our first time, pizza was delicious and the service was super! 😀
The food is excellent, but the service was awful. We were ignored for too long after sitting down and had to ask repeatedly for everything. Finally got up and went to the bar to ask for sweetener after three requests to our server. He was not overly busy... found him cleaning under a table when I had to retrieve sweetener for ourselves. The best food can't make up for a horrible service experience.
Every time I go I love being there, sometimes there is a little bit of a wait for food but that is understandable you can't rush Pizza's out of the oven and still have them taste so unique. Wait staff was great this Saturday when we stopped in.
If you like artisan style pizza in a hip environment, this is the place for you. Drag your family and enjoy. My favorite is the kiluea.
We tried three different pies and each was more delish than the last! I highly recommend the Brush Fire if you can handle heat. The staff was awesome. The bathrooms were clean. We have a new tradition on our way to Burning Man. If I lived here, I'd frequent it a lot.
They have some of the best pizza in the Reno-Sparks area.
I've never been disappointed in the food. The service on the other hand, by a young man who has worked there for a few years, was very disappointing/rude/inconsiderate. I don't care how good the food is, bad service equals no return.
The food tastes great but the attitude of the wait staff was atrocious. I waited 45 min for food, did not even get our waters until the food came out and the appetizer came halfway through the main meal. The waiter was rude, double charged me for the appetizer and had no sense of urgency. I have been a customer for years but the wait for food keeps getting longer and the staff increasingly more rude. I don't plan on ever going back.
