I decided I would try out Black Rock coffee yesterday morning. I arrived and there was one other customer waiting for his order. I stood at the cash register while 4 to 5 employees were behind the counter, helping those in the drive-through line and doing a variety of different tasks. They all saw me, but none of them even acknowledged me. I proceeded to stand there for 2 to 3 minutes with no one coming to the cash register to help me. Editing review What a terrible management. Haven't fixed the drip coffee machine for more than one month. But hey, they reply to online review right away.
Don’t even get me started on Black Rock. Black Rock is amazing. The coffee is good. The service is good the atmosphere and there is amazing. Nothing like any other coffee place always calm, relaxing somewhere where you can come do some work or come and chill. Just an amazing place in general Black Rock does a great job of providing really good service and really good coffees. If you’re in the area, I would recommend this more than any other coffee place.
