When this location 1st opened it was amazing I tried a mocha latte and it was delicious even the hibiscus tea with favoring . I don’t care for it plain The staff was very friendly. After coming back this morning 9/18/26 for a hibiscus tea & chorizo sandwich The chorizo sandwich was good . Only error my favor didn’t get added don’t know if it’s a worker error or if I forgot to add my favoring to my tea .
I only go to this location if I absolutely need to. The one is Sachse is much higher quality and made 100% better. The drinks at the Garland location never taste the same, they’re always scrambling, it looks like the baristas don’t know what they’re doing or they’re always rushing. Half the time my coffee is burnt or just has no taste. I’m honestly sad to keep giving them another chance and wasting 10+ dollars every time I get a drink. They are always consistently bad. I’m new here , I dnt like the energy at all , workers are over worked and burnt out and its affects the customer service! SMH…. Not welcoming at all ! Blended freeze with lil chunks of ice (disappointed) smh! I won’t be back !
My boyfriend and I have been coming here for just over 6 months pretty consistently and we haven’t had a singular bad experience. The coffee is fantastic, the chai (my personal favorite) is stellar, and the fuels are tasty and give me the perfect amount of energy. On top of that, every single person we’ve interacted with has been friendly and amazing! 10/10 the only coffee shop we go to at this point
Love this place. The price is much better than the other coffee shop I go to. Plus, they even offer my holiday favorite during the fall. The Pumpkin Blondie (Pumpkin Spice w/ White Mocha). The service is amazing. They make your drink how you like it, and get it to you right on time. It does save time to order through their mobile app.
