I appreciate that the drinks aren't overly sweet like some other brands.
This is a location that I often go to, especially before long drives! They open earlier than all of the surrounding coffee shops, have food in additional to coffee if I want to get a small thing to eat, and they have yet to get my order wrong in the millions of times I've gotten coffee here. The line for coffee can sometimes take a bit if you go during a busier hour, especially with the high school nearby, but it usually takes no more than 15 minutes unless its really long. Connor is absolutely amazing! He has great costumer service!! And he is always smiling and rushing to make an amazing coffee and memories!! I will continue to come back as long as he is there!!
Every time I have been here, the sope in the bathroom and toilet paper have been out. This time I used the restroom when I first got there for a meeting. Told them about the soap in both bathrooms being g out and the toilet paper dispenser being all messed up and I was there for an hour and not one person went in to fill them up. So baffling to me. Good coffee and okay food but mine they need to hire more people to help keep the lobby and bathrooms taken care of.
Black Rock Coffee Bar is honestly one of my favorite spots to grab a coffee and get some work done. The coffee is always great, with plenty of options whether you want a classic latte or something a little more adventurous. The atmosphere is perfect for studying or reading, quiet enough to focus, but still has a nice vibe.
