Approximately two weeks before Christmas I wanted to purchase a few gifts cards and went to this location to do so. I was so impressed with the customer service I received there. Although they were busy, I was immediately greeted and consistently acknowledged. There were only two employees working at that time and their teamwork and work pace was impressive. Better coffee than anyone else in Eugene. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Recommend them any time.
I went throughu the drive-thru, and there was a line of vehicles that were not moving very quickly. When I finally got up to the speaker box to order, the male worker said he would be with me in a moment. I waited for over 5 minutes before he took my order. When I got up to the window and paid, I waited over 10 minutes for my coffee before asking the girl about my drink, it took another 3 minutes before I got it.
