Super sweet ladies who already know my order when I pull up. The coffee is consistent and delicious! I'd happily drive out of my way for a Blackrock coffee! Keep up the good work, EP crew! I appreciate you! Customer service isn't an easy job these days.
Normally the ladies here are kind. But my last 2 visits, w different young gals have been extremely cold. Not a single smile. Id almost go as far as calling her rude. Not helpful in any way! And we waited over 20 minutes to get to the window, with only 2 cars in front of us. Then when we finally were able to order and get drinks, they didn't make my drink correctly.
