Normally Blackrock would get 5 stars from me because I love them, however this location earned the three stars because they are always sold out of the items I consume. Gluten free bagels, now Fuel. Get the ordering down and the rating would go up
My first time trying Black Rock Coffee, and I absolutely loved it! The drinks are incredible, and the service was even better. Arrived at 0855. You will be greeted then dismissed. Despite having a pick up you will be treated to wait in a line as if you just ordered at the front cashier. Order was placed for pick up at 0849. Time for pick up of order to be ready at 0856. I can understand an order not being fulfilled maybe 5 more minutes after.
