Allison is my favorite at any location . She is truly a benefit to the Alma School location and makes it a joy every time I get the pleasure of stopping there
We went to this black rock location to enjoy our Saturday morning. My husband went to purchase a gift card, and was charged for the gift card and also for the order for the person in front of us (because they paid with cash). When my husband asked why he was charged the staff didn’t apologize, but instead said “you should make a claim with your bank for a refund”. We were not upset about the mix up, because it really wasn’t a big deal, but we were disappointed that the staff did not offer an apology of any kind.
