Coming here almost exclusively after a very bad response from Melvin Brown, the District Manager at the local Starbucks locations. The coffee at Black Rock and the atmosphere is better. Keep up the great work Black Rock!
I have came here since the day they opened. I get a large “white Out” extra ice extra sweet. Little did I know they have been charging me extra EVERY time. I found out and told them just make my drink the way I want It. Then I had another drink but it was without ice. They said it cost extra for them to fill it up. How about you stop charging for BS. Stopped by on a whim with my wife and enjoyed a delicious hot Irish coffee to help get me through a drive to Dallas. The staff was friendly and helpful. Asked what kind of drinks we enjoyed and shared recommendations for each of us.
The drinks just aren't good... especially considering the price. They're more expensive than any of the other half dozen coffee places in Burleson. Super friendly staff but I wont be going back.
