The radio is so darn loud you cannot even concentrate. Heaven forbid you go into the bathroom. It’s louder than any club I’ve ever been in. Ridiculous.
Ordered an extra large Carmel blondie, everything was great until it came down to the tip part. The lady must’ve felt some type of way for what I chose to do w that portion & didn’t even fill my drink to the rim- more like I paid for a large. Drink was great but not satisfied as a customer.
On 10/10/26 I went through the drive thru at 5:30am, the open sign was turned on, but no workers inside. I waited for 5 minutes then I left. Very disappointed
This is our go to Black Rock location. Everyone is always so friendly and whole beans are always fresh.
