The coffee was excellent so five stars for that! But the customer service was quite deplorable. I was here at 2:45pm on July 30 and the girl with the brown hair and with thin drawn lips she said “hi” and then I waited for her/ the other girl to finish the other drinks before she finally approached me and said “you got a mobile order?” So I showed her my screen. She got the drink and flatly said “here’s that for ya.” And walked away. Like what? :/
This is a really good coffee shop. I felt it is more focused on a niche market for my taste. Meanin, they serve more of the local high school crowd and "the soccer moms" who are on the go. Which is great, and there is nothing wrong with that. The thing is, for someone such as myself who is looking for a relaxing afternoon espresso, one can imagine my shock as I tried to explain to the cheerful staff that all I wanted was an espresso.
