I came in with a pretty big order and saw there was only one person working, so I honestly felt bad. I would give a zero star review if I could. I have been coming to this location since they opened and I have been going to Blackrock since I moved here 10 years ago. Today, it took 15 minutes to make an on-tap cold brew with cream, peppermint and mocha. And what I received is ALL MILK. I didn’t ask for cold foam either. I went here this morning. I ordered a matcha with extra scoops of matcha so that it wouldn’t taste super milky. I didn’t get the extra scoops so wasn’t even able to drink my matcha. The worst part was that the cashier spent 8 minutes flirting with the guy in the truck in front of me at the window. Literally 8 minutes.
