Ridiculous to be waiting over 20mins in line at the drive through to only get to the window and then not have your order ready or know which was your order. Especially in the morning, we the people are off to work, should be a normal 5-8 mins at the drive through not more than 20! I miss the old baristas like Amanda!! This used to be my go to, not anymore extremely disappointed
