I’ve been to this location a total of two times. The first visit was two weeks ago on Saturday night and I ordered a 24 oz iced shaken espresso with oat milk and pumpkin. It was a young man who made the coffee and it was delicious! He had amazing customer service and was so polite to us! The second visit was on Friday afternoon, and the experience was the complete opposite. I ordered the exact same thing, but the drink tasted awful. Learned my lesson the hard way (more than once). Do NOT attempt to go on a Saturday. Ever. Absolute chaos. Edit: Thank you review bot, I feel heard. Oh the food is terrible too. Such a waste. Tried getting a refund and they just gave me credits in the form of a 'food item' for more of their terrible food 😂 which I will never use. THANKS.
