My go-to drink is the Mexican Mocha, so I was really disappointed this morning. It tasted more like watered-down chocolate milk with a hint of cinnamon than the rich flavor I usually expect. I also tried the bagel for the first time, but it was more like a hard jalapeño cheddar roll than a bagel. The customer service was great as always, but the quality of the food and drink was very disappointing this visit.

Love the drinks at Black Rock- they are what keep me coming back. I’ve also spent many hours working inside the Ray/Priest location on online assignments for my Masters program as well as grading papers for my students. WiFi is great and table space is also great for both purposes. The drive thru can be slower, which is the only reason “Service” is rated 4 stars instead of 5; the staff are always friendly. My husband is the one more likely to order/pick up for us and many of the staff recognize him and are very friendly.
