I usually have a great time every time I come this morning when I came I was helped by Tyler. The customer service was horrible. I understand it was early and it’s probably a little hard, but the attitude is definitely not called for it. Or even telling me “ IM ALONE” I’m a manager at my job regardless of what type of day I’m having or if I’m alone I still have a great customer service skills and I teach my employees the same thing not happy at all.
I’ve been a regular customer at this location for a long time and have always had good experiences — until February 16th between 11 AM and 12 PM. I went through the drive-thru with my mom and toddler and ordered two hot Caramel Blondies and an apple juice. The apple juice was extremely cold, and since my toddler already had a cold, I went inside immediately to politely ask to exchange it for a hot cocoa.
