I go here almost daily for lunch to grab coffee and I get the same thing every time. Just now at 4:30p today, I went through the drive though to get my drink and the girl at the window was very rude and didn’t ask any of the regular questions they ask when you order. I normally don’t write bad reviews for things like this but this was the first issue I’ve had at a coffee place and it is such a dumb issue to make a customer go through, its comical. I went to a location in Mesa to get a birthday freebie. They said their system had changed and I had to download the app rather than provide my phone number. I was in a hurry and did not have time to do that, so I left.
