Your Barista Alex is awesome and has amazing customer service. Makes it a joy to get a drink there.
Maybe just that location, but service was slow, coffee was basically instant quality, nowhere to get milk or half and half, had to ask and get some milk in a cup. Basically $7 for a cup of Nescafe, think I'm done with Coffee shops.
Ordered 2 iced coffees per usual as a daily order. Had to return 2 of them for remakes. When I got to the window the nice female barista asked what was the problem with the drinks. I told her the issue and the young man with the shaggy hair that was making the drinks became EXTREMELY rude and angry with me. I apologized to him and went about my day.
