Admittedly I stumbled upon this place on a road trip in Arizona looking for coffee and seeing that the line at Dutch Brothers was way too long. This place was across the street and their menu is fantastic! I'm so excited to discover that they also have locations very close to my home in southern California. I hope they keep expanding. On Travel from Seattle and Black Rock is the closest thing I've found to the good coffee places back home (the mermaid sucks nonmatter where you go). This particular location is pretty good, but the staff needs to slow down. Second day they got my order wrong (don't know if the drive thru audio system is bad or what) but the order was pretty off and even when they corrected it, there was still something off, but I let it go. Will be back and will change my rating if it is warnted.

This location is the worst Black Rock location. The drive thru may look short, but it’s always minimum 20 minute wait with no one keeping an eye on drive thru. They’ll focus on the lobby only, and then the drive thru gets so backed up becoming a free for all. The drinks themselves are just okay. Never consistent and sometimes if you order a large, the fuel is almost flat. Seasonal drinks are meh. The employees also are always not friendly, the opposite of Starbucks or Dutch.
