Its just another fast food coffee house. Not any special personality to these stores. Coffee is average.
1st time customer! Coffee is great and service was excellent.
I recently tried this coffee shop chain and was disappointed with their chai tea latte. For $6, I received what appeared to be a cup of sweetened milk with cinnamon syrup, completely lacking any discernible tea. While the atmosphere and service were fine, it's a shame that a coffee shop would offer a "chai tea" without a basic understanding of the beverage, especially since many customers choose chai as a coffee alternative and expect an authentic drink.
