I stopped by around 10:00 a.m. before work, thinking 30 minutes would be plenty of time to order a drink. After waiting about 20 minutes, I had to leave without ordering because I needed to get to my 10:30 shift. There were only a couple of customers ahead of me, and while I understand things can get busy, there were four employees working and no one acknowledged the customers waiting to order during that time. Sat in the drive through for 45 minutes, placed an order online and it wasn’t even ready when I got to the window. The two employee still had to make it. No sense of urgency or care in the world for these two employees.

WARNING: PS. -- THE STORE CLOSES AT 8 PM, BUT WE WERE TOLD IT CLOSES A 6 PM. THE WORKERS CONFESSED THAT THEY DID NOT LIKE CERTAIN PEOPLE, SO IS THAT THE REAL REASON WE HAD TO LEAVE ON FRIDAY ?? AND, DO NOT USE their Internet ! I lost 3.5 years of book writing on a very important subject. Their Internet chewed my file up and spit it out as trash !! You know I really like black rock, I don't go for the customer service or price I go for like a treat after a long week and thus last time I went I found a piece of plastic in my blended coffee... I wonder if I should keep drinking it but finding this kinda disappoints me because I really like the drinks and even leave tips on the expensive drinks, never thought I'd find a solid piece of plastic in my drinks.
