If I could write negative stars I would. I went Friday 6/12/26 around 9:20am, and I asked about the price of a 20oz drink, it was out of budget so I opted for the 16oz instead. When I got to the window the girl swiped my card to pay, then AFTERWARDS told me the gentlemen "accidentally" made me a 20oz and they charged me for the 20oz when I did NOT consent to that nor want the 20oz due to it being out of budget!!! Rude and unprofessional business practices and I will be reporting to the better business bureau!

Black Rock Coffee Bar is a great place to grab a quality coffee and start your day on a positive note. The drinks are consistently good, the atmosphere is upbeat, and the team always keeps things moving efficiently, even when they’re busy. One thing I appreciate is that many of the employees are young and learning valuable customer service skills.
