Stopped by the this location right at 5:00 AM on Tuesday, March 3rd for Sticker Day and left beyond disappointed. I bought three drinks specifically to get three stickers, and the employee couldn’t even find them. After waiting, I was told it was out of her control because she couldn’t find them. I asked for a refund so I can go to the other location and get the stickers and she said no. She then stated that she will take my name and number down and when her manager comes in, she will have her manager put some stickers aside... read more
Black Rock is my favorite coffee place. There are no nice bunch of people than the Tigard location. I've been going there since 2009.
