My husband and I stopped at Black Rock Coffee and had one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a coffee shop. The service was terrible — unfriendly and rushed — and the drinks were absolutely awful. We couldn’t even drink a quarter of them; they were gut-wrenchingly bad. We literally drove down the street, threw them out, and went to The Brew Box instead (which was amazing, by the way). Definitely won’t be coming back.
Love coming here. The coffee is delicious and the girls are really polite and kind!
At 9:00ish in the morning it was so pleasant on the inside. Good place to go for lovely conversation with friends.
Why do you guys never use the speaker to take orders? Or the other drive thru lane? Theres 8 cars in line and you guys are taking orders 1 by 1 at the window. Been in line for 20 minutes. This happens every time I come here.
