Order was wrong and the wrong size. This is why I stopped coming to black rock. When I told him I ordeted the XL he said it was but it def wasn't. Never coming back to this location. I pay $10 for a coffee they can at least give me what I ordered.

I had an amazing experience at Black Rock Coffee thanks to a young man named Jackson. It was raining when I pulled up and he was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. He listened to what I was looking for and even made a suggestion—honestly, the coffee turned out way better than I expected.
Corrected my order from a small iced latte to medium and they took less than 30 seconds to “upgrade” the small which was just adding milk and sweetener!! Didn’t notice till I had already left but it was so sweet and milky, it was undrinkable. And didn’t have time to stop for coffee anywhere else :( Workers consistently aren’t very nice either.
