genuinely took like 30 minutes at the window to get me and my friends drinks. The lady at the window lost our order and proceeded to ask us if it went through then walked away and didnt speak to us again. Another worker had to step in and take it over. We ended up getting a watered down lemonade with just a bunch of syrup. We also had to wait another 5 minutes to get straws after we got the drinks. Really strange experience lmfao
I ordered a ice latte with oat milk, it was all milk hardly no ice, it was warm! All I tasted was milk! I don’t think it was oat milk either because I started to get a stomach ache. I didn’t even finish it.
I honestly love their coffee because it’s strong, but their custom service has not been great the last several months I’ve gone. Employees seem super tired and don’t want to talk to you or too cool to talk to you. I also have had my app out multiple times to get points, but they forget to ask about it and say I can’t get them retroactively.
