Horrible customer service, I literally asked the barista if the pumpkin base was vegan and his response was, "I have no clue dude.." Completely unacceptable! The employee who was taking out the trash is the one who actually gave me a straight answer which is much appreciated. Just wanted to give Gabby a really good review based off the customer service as well as the overall knowledge she had provided with helping me figure out a great morning coffee to start off my day. I’ve only been to this location one other time and this being my second time gabby was thorough about explaining what would best be fitted for my expectations in a coffee she was very professional about it and overall very sweet when helping me with my order. Thank you again Gabby for the superior customer service!
Found this gem years ago but never really took advantage until I started avoiding Starbucks. Starbucks has a lot of bells and whistles but lately their coffee is terrible. Here, my coffee doesnt tastes burnt, it isn't watered down, the chai is and the service is always top notch. No extended waits, crappy attitudes, or lukewarm drinks.
