The people here are so much nicer than the ones at the Burnside store. They actually acknowledge you very quickly - even if they are busy. Very friendly. If there is any kind of delay for picking up an order they keep you updated.
Fast, friendly, brilliant coffee, amazing egg bites, I was stoked.
3 employees working this coffee store isn’t enough, there’s more attention paid to drive through orders so waiting 15-20 min inside is typical. Unfortunate because I do like their coffee, but customer service is more important to me so I go to Starbucks.
