I find this location to be quite a bit slower than most. If there is a line, I’d skip it. You get trapped in the drive thru for long wait times. Today I waited nearly 10 minutes with only a handful of cars in front of me. This happens frequently here. Coffee is normally made well though.
RUDE and LAZY employees! BECAUSE SERIOUSLY HOW ARE YOU GOING TO HAND ME AN ICED COFFEE AT ROOM TEMP WITH ZERO ICE??!! 100% issues 100% of the time
I am a bit addicted to this place but it is so annoying that they inconsistently mix and don’t mix the drinks. When it has the cold foam you don’t want to stir it so this sucks. Has happened quite a few times before but I have asked what is supposed to happen and the base flavors are definitely supposed to be mixed.
