Nice little spot, but they built the building for people who have vehicles. There is no walk up ordering for pedestrians. Kind of classist if you think about it. If you order ahead through their app, and the location is busy. You will still have to wait in line, with vehicles, even if your order is completed. The Black Rock Coffee app directs you to "skip the line and go straight to the counter." That's false and don't listen to the app which is created by the company. The coffee is super delicious though!
We live in the development right next door. It's basically in our backyard. Unfortunate that they make walk ups wait in line, between the cars, to get to their register and order. Not pedestrian friendly at all being right across from Happy Valley's town center.
Great coffee at reasonable prices and the staff were very friendly.
Honestly disappointed, came here today to get some drinks. The guy that helped me seemed like he didn’t want to be there , and my drinks kinda sucked too. $20 for 2 drinks that are subpar and not a great attitude makes me not want to come back. I’ll just go to Starbucks down the road I guess .
