If you mobile order from this Black Rock, they will still send you to the back of the line even if your drinks are already made. Honestly speechless.
I ordered a ham and Swiss croissant and noticed they were being kept in a tote at room temperature. These are perishable items and should be refrigerated. I tried calling the store about this but couldn’t reach anyone. Serving food this way raises serious concerns about safety and handling. Until this is corrected, I can’t recommend ordering these items. Also, I think they have a bee farm with the amount of bees that are around this place, which is good if you like supporting the environment.
