I love Black Rock! Every time I go, the staff is always friendly, upbeat, and adds a positive aspect to my day! Doesn’t hurt they are right up the street from where I live too! Always a pleasure and a joy going there! The coffee and food is always good and just overall a great experience every visit.
I think it's ridiculous that a coffee company has a walk-up window but then refuses to use it. They make you stand in between the cars here at this location which is not only unbelievably dangerous and inconvenient to the drive-thru people but the people being told to stand in between two one ton accidents waiting to happen.
