They all ignore you when you walk in. I was standing there for 5 minutes while they were talking and on their phones texting.
Delicious coffee.
The customer service at this location is awful. The morning crew only focuses on the drive through customers. Customers that choose to go inside to enjoy the great atmosphere are not greeted or acknowledged. I'm from Washington State where Black Rock always has the best customer service and great coffee. The manager at this location needs to be trained to smile and greet every customer that enters their store. After waiting and waiting, I just left without a coffee or a smile.
I come with a group from The Gathering Church to hang out on Sundays and while some are nice about it, others argue about the high volume of the music. 20+ men come to this group almost weekly. Also, the gluten free donuts are stale half the time and the gluten free banana bread is doughie.
Excellent coffee.
