I absolutely love Black Rock Coffee Bar. You truly get exactly what you pay for here. Now I see why so many doctors and medical professionals stop by — it’s consistent, efficient, and the quality speaks for itself. If I’m going to spend six dollars on a coffee, I’d much rather spend it here than at Starbucks. The drinks are made right, the service is solid, and the overall experience just feels worth it. Definitely one of my go-to spots.
Every single time I come here I’m greeted with the absolute BEST customer service and hospitality. Not to mention their drinks are amazing, would give them 10 stars if I could.
The coffee is good but twice I’ve come here trying to use a reward on the app and they said they couldn’t apply it but when I ordered it through the app it applied it . There’s a bunch of young kids here that clearly don’t know what they’re doing . I guess they weren’t properly trained.
This place is beyond awful. I used to enjoy their coffee but the employees and management who work there are horribly disrespectful. I placed an order to be picked up through UberEats, and I used the drive through. When I got to the window, no matter how many times I told them it was a personal order, they told me I needed to park my car and come into the store to wait for my order.
