Always get your receipts, so when they tell you that you ordered the smallest size after paying for a 16oz coffee you can prove them incompetent instead of getting cheated out of what you paid to receive. Used to love Black Rock, will not be back
I don’t leave many reviews. I’m usually the type of person who reads them before deciding where to eat. However, I felt this location deserved some honest feedback. My wife and I visited the drive-thru today, and from the start the experience was disappointing. The employee taking our order sounded distracted and uninterested. I had to repeat my order three times, and it sounded like she was talking with food in her mouth. Never coming here again ! The workers are rude and the coffee is not good. I know what black Rock coffee is supposed to taste like , I used to order from a location in Glendale and let me just say this Goodyear location taste nothing like what I know
